Thanks for visiting my blog and for commenting! To answer your question the architecture is a Pier on a resort vacation on a beach of southern coastal Maine; it is over crowded in summer, and deserted and frozen in winter. brrrrrrrr

You said you lived in Calgary in the boom days, which ones? I'm assuming you mean the current one since I'm pretty sure that bank wasn't there way back in the last big boom in the late 70's/early 80's...though there has been a few smaller booms in between.
you're right though, not a lot of people here are actually from here! My husband was born here and my family moved here 20 years ago, so we are a rarity! It sure has changed a lot in the 20 years I've been here.
